General Information

What are the gate hours during Championship Week?

Championship gate hours are as follows:

Wednesday, June 21

8:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Thursday, June 22 - Friday, June 23

6:30 AM - 8:15 PM

Saturday, June 24 - Sunday, June 25

6:45 AM - 7:30 PM

May I leave and re-enter the Championship grounds?

No. Once scanned, your ticket is expired. No same-day re-entry is permitted.

May I bring a camera?

Cameras are only allowed on-site during Practice Round on Wednesday, and are not permitted on-site during Championship Rounds, Thursday through Sunday. Please consult the Admissions & Conduct Policies for guidelines regarding mobile device photo, audio, and video capturing while on-site.

May I take pictures?

Can I bring my pet to the Championship?

Service animals are permitted throughout the grounds; however this does not include emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals. Pets are not allowed and will be turned away. Only legitimate service animals that are properly trained and under the proper care of their owners will be provided with the appropriate credentials.

Where can I buy Championship merchandise?

The PGA Shop merchandise venue is located in the Baltusrol Golf Club Pro Shop. This merchandise shopping experience offers men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel and headwear from major brands. The PGA Shop also offers a major selection of exclusive accessories, gifts and memorabilia.

Is first aid available?

The First-aid station, staffed by medical professionals, will be located behind the Fan Zone, to the players left of Hole 5 Tee Box and at additional mobile locations throughout the course. The First-aid station is also available for nursing mothers and will provide storage and refrigeration. Nursing mothers are permitted to bring necessary equipment on-site.

What services and viewing opportunities are available for those with physical disabilities?

Where is lost and found?

Lost and Found will be located at the Information tent located in the Fan Zone near the 4th Hole.

May I smoke on the Championship Grounds?

Smoking, to include, but not limited to, cigars, pipes, cigarettes and e-cigarettes will be prohibited in any permanent or temporary buildings, inclusive of hospitality areas, on patios, decks or raised platforms, grandstands and bleachers at the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship. Smoking is permitted on the grounds, 20 feet from any structures listed above.

Do infants require a ticket?

Children under the age of 2 do not require an admission ticket to enter the Championship.

What payment methods are accepted on-site?

The following methods of payment are accepted onsite at the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, identified by location. All on-site transactions will be cashless. No cash or checks will be accepted.

Is there anything I should know about COVID-19 and health and wellness policies or procedures?

The health and well-being of all spectators, volunteers, players, caddies, and staff remains the number one priority for the PGA of America and our Championships. As CDC guidelines, as well as state and local requirements continue to evolve, the PGA of America is working with local officials, as well as our medical partners, to monitor all COVID-19 developments. Ticket Information

When will I receive my tickets?

All spectator tickets will be accessed via the AXS Mobile app approximately 2 weeks in advance of the Championship. Ticket holders will be notified via email from the sender guestservices@axs.com when tickets are available. Any tickets purchased from kpmgwomenspgachampionship.com within 2 weeks of the Championship will be delivered to the purchaser immediately following purchase.

How do I access my mobile tickets?

To access your mobile tickets, please download the AXS Mobile App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To learn about accessing, transferring and using your mobile tickets please review our Mobile Ticket Guide.

How do I transfer my mobile tickets?

Transferring tickets to a different end-user is simple and will require just a few clicks and your receipt’s email address. To learn more, please review our Mobile Ticket Guide.

How do I scan my mobile tickets?

Before you leave for the Championship, please make sure you have downloaded the AXS Mobile App and signed into your account.

At the entrance, open the AXS app, scan your Mobile ID and redeem the amount of tickets you are using on that day. Please note, for security purposes your Mobile ID refreshes every 60 seconds to a new QR code so any screenshot or print out will not scan valid. At the gate you must present the Mobile ID in the app for admission.

I know I purchased tickets but I cannot locate my confirmation of purchase. What should I do?

First, check your inbox for an email from support@festivalticketing.com that contains your order confirmation.

If you cannot locate a confirmation email, please download the AXS Mobile App and sign-in with your username and password.

Please try all active email addresses that may have been used to purchase tickets and use the forgot password feature if necessary.

You will receive an email from guestservices@axs.com letting you know that tickets are ready to be viewed in the AXS Mobile app.

How do I change the email address on my AXS account?

If you need to update your email address please contact our team at tickets@thepga.com or (855) 295-9887, Monday - Friday (8:00 AM 10:00 PM CST and Saturday - Sunday 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM CST).

Please be ready to provide your order confirmation details, sent from support@festivalticketing.com following your purchase.

Where can I view my ticket purchase details?

To view order details, please visit your PGA Fan Account and sign in with your AXS Account information. Navigate to the Orders screen to view order details.

You may also check your inbox for an email from support@festivalticketing.com that contains your order confirmation.

Please note, the AXS Mobile App is the only way to access your tickets for entry into the championship.

Can I print my tickets at home?

No. Printed tickets will not be accepted at the 2023 KPMG Women's PGA Championship. If you are having difficulty accessing your mobile ticket on your day of attendance, please have your order number and email address handy and visit the Box office located at the Main Spectator entrance.

What if I don’t have a smartphone?

AXS Mobile-ID via the AXS app is the only form of entry, but if you don’t have access to a smartphone, please visit the championship box office(s) with a copy of your order confirmation and a license matching the name on the ticket order.

Can I have multiple tickets on the same mobile device?

You can view all active tickets in your account by scrolling up and down on your smartphone in the AXS Mobile App. It is highly encouraged that you transfer a ticket to each member of your party to allow for the easiest entry and access into the Championship.

What if my guests and I are arriving at the Championship separately?

If arriving separately, you can transfer a ticket to each member of your party. This will allow you and your guest(s) to arrive at your own convenience. To transfer a ticket, select the tickets you wish to transfer and enter the recipient’s first name, last name and email address. The recipient will receive an email instructing them to download the AXS Mobile app and create an account to access their tickets. Please refer to the mobile ticket guide for ticket transfer instructions.

What if I purchased tickets from an entity other than the PGA?

If your ticket was purchased from a secondary market website other than kpmgwomenspgachampionship.com or On Location, we are unable to assist or verify the authenticity of those tickets. Purchasing from unauthorized third-party sellers is discouraged as any duplicate or fraudulent tickets will be denied from admission. Please only accept tickets from people you know and trust.

Do you have a policy for youth?

Juniors 17 years of age and younger will be admitted onto the 2023 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship grounds FREE of charge when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Each ticketed adult will be permitted four (4) junior grounds admissions per day at no additional charge. Junior tickets may be picked up on-site at the Admissions Office located at the Main Spectator Entrance on the day of admission.

Junior tickets cannot be obtained in advance and will be available regardless of a sell-out. Please note, junior tickets do not gain access into private hospitality areas or clubs.

Children under the age of 2 do not require an admission ticket to enter the Championship.

Do you have a policy for members of the military?

To honor the men and women who serve our country in the Armed Forces, the Championship is pleased to offer Active Duty, Retirees, Veterans, Reserve, National Guard and their accompanying guest (limit one) complimentary daily grounds access to the Championship.

Qualifying individuals should click HERE to complete an online verification and request process with GovX, where a copy of their Military ID or service verification must be provided in exchange for daily admission.

What is your refund policy?

Unless otherwise determined by PGA Tournament Corporation or The PGA of America, in their sole discretion, there shall be no refunds, rain checks, exchanges or replacements of tickets. To review full terms and conditions, click here.

Transportation & Parking

Where do I park?

PGA General Public Parking will be complimentary and located at Kean University (1000 Morris Ave, Union, NJ, 07083). As you approach Kean University, please follow signage and traffic control to PGA General Public Parking (Lot GP). Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from the Main Spectator Entrance at Baltusrol Golf Club. There will be no general public parking at Baltusrol Golf Club during Championship Week.

Lot GP will be open Wednesday, June 21 - Sunday, June 25, 2023. It is the only PGA General Public Parking lot open Wednesday - Sunday.

There will be no overnight parking in any PGA General Public Parking Lots, and any vehicles left overnight will be towed at the owner’s expense. PGA Tournament Corporation is not responsible for damage to your vehicle, or items lost or stolen from your vehicle.

Where should I be dropped off or picked up if using a rideshare service?

Spectators electing to utilize UBER, Lyft or pick-up or drop-off car services at the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship’s Official Rideshare Lot located at Temple Beth Ahm Yisrael (60 Temple Drive, Springfield, NJ 07081). Spectators utilizing rideshare will take complimentary shuttle service to the Main Spectator Entrance at Baltusrol Golf Club.

There will be no drop-offs or pick-ups allowed at the main spectator entrance, Baltusrol Golf Club or the surrounding neighborhoods the week of the Championship.

Where is handicapped parking located?

Designated accessible parking for those requiring accommodations to the course will be available in Lot ADA at Temple Beth Ahm Yisrael (60 Temple Drive, Springfield, NJ 07081). Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from the Main Spectator Entrance at Baltusrol Golf Club. Please ensure your state permit hang tag is visible for access to the designated spaces. Wheelchairs will not be available for rent, but spectators may bring wheelchairs with them to the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship.

Food & Beverage

Are there options for individuals with dietary restrictions?

Yes. Vegan and vegetarian options are available at all concession markets. If you have an allergy or ingredient related question, please speak with a member of our team at any on-course concession venue.

Can I bring my own water into the grounds?

Yes, each spectator, regardless of ticket type, is permitted to bring one unopened bottle of water onto the grounds. Water is included at no additional cost for all ticket and credential holders and available at Market Concessions, Bars and Water Stations throughout the course.

Can I bring my own food for dietary purposes?

Spectators with particular dietary needs are permitted to bring limited food items onto the grounds. Permitted food items include baby formula and food.
