Haeran Ryu leads the 2026 KPMG Women's PGA Championship by one stroke heading into the final round at Hazeltine National Golf Club in Chaska, Minnesota.

But there are a ton of storylines that should make for an epic Major Championship Sunday.

Moving Day’s Biggest Movers

Isabella Fierro made the biggest move on moving day at Hazeltine National. The native of Mexico jumped 31 spots and sits in a tie for 12th and 4-under-par.

Lydia Ko was the second biggest mover. The former World No. 1 began the day in a tie for 55th, making the cut on the line at 1-over 145. She's in a tie for 25th heading into the final round.

The Eagles Landed at 16

There were 5 eagles on hole No. 16 today: Aline Krauter, Alison Lee, Natalyia Gusev, Anna Nordqvist and Auston Kim.

This ties the Major Championship record for most eagles in a round on one Par-4 hole since 1992. In 2021, at the Atlanta Athletic Club, there were 5 eagles on the Par-4, 6th hole during the second round (Celine Boutier, Sei Young Kim, Mirim Lee, Min Seo Kwak and Inbee Park).

Brooke Battling… 10 Years Later

Brooke Henderson won the 2016 KPMG Women's PGA Championship in 2016 at Sahalee Country Club in Washington. If she were to win tomorrow, she would tie Betsy Rawls's record for most time between victories at the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship.

Most Years Between KPMG Women’s PGA Championship Wins
10: Betsy Rawls  (1959, 1969)
9: Sandra Haynie  (1965, 1974)
9 : Mary Mills (1964, 1973)
9: Patty Sheehan (1984, 1993)
7: Nancy Lopez (1978, 1985)

Felce Playing the Weekend

Nicole Felce, a PGA of America and LPGA Assistant Golf Professional at Countryside Country Club in Clearwater, Fla., is playing the weekend at Hazeltine National Golf Club.

Felce was the first member of the Corebridge Financial Team since 2019 to make the cut at the Championship.

The 21-year-old shot a third-round 81 and sits in 69th place through 54 holes.

Korda Contending

World No. 1 and 2021 KPMG Women’s PGA Champion Nelly Korda shot a third-round 71 and is tied for 6th, four strokes back of Ryu.

Korda has won the first two Major Championships of 2026.
