STEP 1: CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR TICKETS! (Save this email so you can easily access it later)

You will have received an email with a link to access your mobile tickets (from sender tickets@festivalticketing.com). Save this email so you can easily access it later. Tickets can also be managed here via your ticket account. Use of tickets is subject to the event's Terms and Conditions and compliance with PGA’s commitment to health

STEP 2: LOGIN USING YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD

Log-in with your username and password. These are the credentials you signed in with when you purchased your tickets. If you cannot remember your password, please use the “Forgot Password?” feature to reset it. Ticket-transfer recipients must create a new account unless they have a pre-existing one with Elevate Tickets (Festival Ticketing).

STEP 3: ADD TO APPLE WALLET OR SAVE DETAILS FOR FUTURE QUICK ACCESS 

View your tickets and add the tickets you will use to your Apple Wallet on a iOs device. For those without an iOS device, it is encouraged to save account log-in information on a secure, personal browser. This measure will ensure your tickets are in safe-keeping and easy to retrieve for quick entry at the gate. Be sure to transfer the tickets you will not use to friends, family or guests prior to the Championship.

Please note: Mobile tickets on a mobile device will be the only acceptable form of ticket at the gate. Do not screenshot and share or attempt to print out your ticket. If you do not have a smartphone, contact us at tickets@kpmgwpga.com. Once it is confirmed that the ticket holder’s phone is unable to receive mobile tickets, a representative will reach out to review options for the Championship.

STEP 4: PREPARE TO PRESENT YOUR TICKET AT THE EVENT 

Pull up your tickets, keep them on-screen, and prepare to present your daily ticket at the Championship for scanning.

Q. How do I access my tickets?

A. Additionally, you can access your tickets via your account under the Tickets section

All ticket purchasers will receive an email with a link to access their mobile tickets from sender tickets@festivalticketing.com. Save this email so you can easily access it later. On the email, click View Tickets and login with your username and password. These are the credentials you signed in with when you purchased your tickets. Once logged in, you will find all of your tickets for the Championship. From there, you can download tickets to your Apple Wallet or transfer tickets to a friend. 

Q. How do I transfer a ticket to family or friends?

A. Transferring tickets to a different end-user is simple. Once in your ticketing account, navigate to your mobile tickets and select the transfer link for each ticket you wish to transfer. Once clicked, you will be prompted to enter a few pieces of information about the recipient in order to initiate the transfer.

Q. What pieces of information do I need to transfer a ticket to a friend?

A. You will need the first name, last name, and email address of the individual. You are not able to transfer or share a ticket via text message.

Q. Can I transfer my tickets more than one time?

A. Tickets can be transferred only one time by the ticket holder. You do have the option to cancel a transfer before the tickets are accepted by the recipient. Each ticket may only be scanned at the gate once for admission into the Championship.

Q. What else can I expect from transferring a ticket?

A. After you submit a transfer, you will receive a confirmation page letting you know the transfer was successful. Email notifications will also be sent to the transfer recipient and the ticket holder. Once your guest accepts the transfer, they will receive an additional email that contains a link to their tickets. Please note, a ticket holder can click on the Manage Transfer button to view the transfer details, resend the transfer email, or cancel the transfer prior to the guest accepting the ticket only.

Q. What can my friend or family member expect when I transfer them a ticket?

A. To accept a ticket transfer, the recipient will need to click the Accept Transfer button in the email notification they receive. Once accepted, the person receiving the transfer will receive an email that contains a link to their tickets.

Q. Can more than one person share a ticket?

A. Each QR code is an individual ticket for a single use. Each person entering the Championship will require a ticket to gain entry. If you have a ticket for a specific venue, the QR code will grant entry into the event grounds and the specific venue and will be scanned upon arrival at each location for a one-time use. If you wish to share your ticket with a friend, click on the “Share Ticket” link under each QR code.

Q. Am I allowed to leave the property and then come back later in the day?

A. A ticket, once scanned, will no longer gain admission to the Championship. If you plan to return to Atlanta Athletic Club the same day, please have security stamp your hand at one of the spectator entrance gates. You will only be able to return to the grounds with a scanned ticket and a hand stamp. The only exception is when the Weather Warning signs are posted. Find more details in our admission policies.

Q. What if my guests and I are arriving at the Championship separately?

A. If arriving separately, you can transfer a ticket to each member of your party. This will allow you and your guest(s) to arrive at your own convenience. Access your ticket account here, select the tickets you wish to transfer and enter the recipient’s first name, last name and email address. They will receive an email instructing them to accept their tickets. They will need to log into their existing Festival Ticketing (Elevate Tickets) account or create a new account to accept their tickets. Once your guest(s) have accepted the transfer, they will be able to add the tickets to their Apple Wallet. If not adding to Apple Wallet, we strongly encourage you to save log-in information on a secure, personal browser.

Q. Can I have multiple tickets on the same mobile device?

A. You can view all active tickets in your account by scrolling up and down on your smartphone. It is highly encouraged that you transfer a ticket to each member of your party to allow for the easiest entry and access into the Championship.

Q. What if I purchased tickets from an entity other than the PGA?

A. If your ticket was purchased from a secondary market website other than kpmgwomenspgachampionship.com, we are unable to assist or verify the authenticity of those tickets. Purchasing from unauthorized third-party sellers is discouraged as any duplicate or fraudulent tickets will be denied from admission. Please only accept tickets from people you know and trust.

Q. Can I present a printed version of my digital ticket for entry?

A. A barcode transferred to paper will not be accepted at the gate. Mobile tickets on a mobile device are the only acceptable tickets at the gate.

Q. What if my phone dies before I get to the gate?

A. If you are unable to access tickets via your phone upon arrival at the Championship, please visit the box office at the main entry gate and be prepared to present your order number or ticket account login information.

Q. What if I don’t have a smartphone?

A. Ticket purchasers without access to a smartphone are encouraged to contact us at tickets@kpmgwpga.com. Once it is confirmed that the ticket holder’s phone is unable to receive mobile tickets, a representative will reach out to review options for the Championship.
