Volunteer Positions, Ticket Sales Now Open for 2018 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship


Olympia Fields, Ill.–For a second year in a row, golf fans in and around Chicago can get up close and personal with the best players on the LPGA Tour as the PGA of America today announced the opening of ticket sales and volunteer registration for the 2018 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship.

The 2018 event will take place June 26–July 1 at Kemper Lakes Golf Club in Kildeer, Illinois. Tickets are now available for purchase here.

Here is the full list of prices for tickets to the 2018 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship.

Ticket Options:

  • Good Any One Day Grounds Flex Ticket– $35
  • Weekly Grounds Ticket – $79
  • Tuesday/Wednesday Grounds Ticket – $15
  • Thursday/Friday Grounds Ticket – $25
  • Saturday/Sunday Grounds Ticket – $30

All juniors, 17 and under, will be admitted into the Championship for free with an accompanying ticketed adult (limited to four juniors per one ticketed adult). To honor the men and women who serve our country in the U.S. Armed Forces, the Championship is pleased to offer active duty, military retirees, active reserve, National Guard, Department of Defense civilians and accompanying spouses’ complimentary daily grounds tickets.

General registration for 2018 Volunteers opens on July 24, 2017 and those interested can visit KPMGWomensPGA.com to fill out the volunteer interest form.

Volunteers can choose from 25 distinct committees, each of which offers an experience and opportunity for local residents of the north suburbs of Chicago to be part of this Major Championship. All volunteer positions are filled on a first come, first served basis.

The 2018 Volunteer Package includes:

  • Volunteer uniform (Ralph Lauren golf shirt, outerwear item and hat)
  • Credential providing site access from Tuesday through Sunday of event week
  • Limited number of meal and water vouchers
  • Copy of the official 2018 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship program

The volunteer fee for adults is $130; there is no fee for junior volunteers. Adult volunteers, ages 22 and older, are required to work four shifts and contribute a minimum of 16 hours total, while junior volunteers, ages 14 to 21, are required to work three shifts and contribute a minimum of 12 hours. Shifts will last between four and five hours.

Returning volunteers from the 2017 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship will receive a $30 discount on the volunteer fee, making it $100, through July 31, 2017. Every volunteer on-site at the Championship this week can stop by Volunteer Headquarters to receive this discount.

The KPMG Women’s PGA Championship — a collaboration of the PGA of America, KPMG, and the LPGA Tour — continues the tradition of the LPGA Championship. Broadcast in partnership with NBC and Golf Channel, the Championship offers a purse among the highest in women’s golf.
