The 2019 KPMG Women's PGA Championship comes to Chaska, Minnesota, and will bring the most accomplished players on the LPGA and family-friendly fan experiences to the area.

PARKING &
TRANSPORTATION

ACCESSIBLE PARKING
ADA accessible parking will be on-site at Hazeltine National Golf Club in Lot M. Please call The Convention Store at (877) 472-7275 for more information and to obtain your parking credential. Accessible seating areas will be located at the Driving Range and #8 Green.

PUBLIC PARKING
FREE Public Parking is located ON-SITE at Hazeltine National Golf Club. Please follow directions below to access the entrance. In the event of inclement weather and we are not able to park in designated on-site lots, the rain plan lot for General Public will be at Canterbury Park. Those with specific parking hang tags can refer to the back of their hang tag for the appropriate rain plan parking location.

RIDESHARE
All spectators using rideshare services, such as Uber or Lyft, will be dropped off and picked up at designated spots in Rideshare lot, located across Hundertmark Rd in the Kohl’s parking lot, 1140 Hazeltine Blvd., Chaska, MN, 55318. There will be a waiting area nearby the designated rideshare spots to request a vehicle for pick-up. Destinations set at Hazeltine National Golf Club will redirect to the designated pick-up/drop-off location.

TAXI, LIMOUSINE, & CAR SERVICE
All spectators arriving by taxi, limousine, or car service should plan to be dropped off and picked up at the Rideshare parking lot located at 1140 Hazeltine Blvd., Chaska, MN, 55318. Please note: there will not be a location on-site at Hazeltine National Golf Club for drop-offs or pick-ups, unless you have the pre-distributed proper parking credential that allows access to a designated lot.

WALK-INS AND BICYCLES
Walk-ins are encouraged and there will be available space to lock up bikes at the North Entrance off of Hundertmark Rd. Please stay on the sidewalks and use designated crosswalks to stay out of traffic.


ITEMS TO LEAVE AT HOME

BAGS:
- Prohibited bags will NOT be accepted or stored onsite
- Backpacks of any size and drawstring bags
- Bags larger than 10” x 10” x 10” in their natural state, with the exception of folding chair bags (chair must be removed from bag at security checkpoint)
- Bags larger than 10” x 10” x 10” sold in The Championship Shop will be tagged as prohibited for re-admission due to size regulations

PERSONAL ITEMS:
- Personal electronics such as computers, laptops, or tablets
- Drones, hoverboards, laser pointers or selfie sticks
- Golf clubs
- All oversized chairs with wide arm rests (portable, folding canvas chairs will be permitted with carry bags searched prior to entry)
- Weapons of any kind (regardless of permit), including pocket knives
- Buckets, ladders, milk crates, or stools

FOOD & BEVERAGES:
- Coolers
- Food (except in limited quantities for medical, dietary, or infant purposes)
- Alcohol
- Beverages (one unopened, sealed bottle of water per spectator is permitted)

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
- Banners, posters, or signs
- Any materials with unauthorized advertising or promotion

OTHER ITEMS
- Deemed inappropriate or dangerous by Championship security at their sole discretion

NOTE: Please leave all prohibited items in your vehicle as they will not be permitted at the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship.


ADMISSION POLICY

A ticket, once scanned, will no longer gain admission to the Championship. If you plan to return to Hazeltine National Golf Club the same day, please have security stamp your hand at one of the spectator entrance gates. You will only be able to return to the grounds with a scanned ticket and a hand stamp. The only exception is when the Weather Warning signs are posted. In this situation, a hand stamp will not be required for re-entry to the Championship.

PHOTOS & AUTOGRAPH
POLICY

Cameras are only allowed at Hazeltine National Golf Club during Practice Rounds on Tuesday and Wednesday, and are not permitted on-site during Championship Rounds, Thursday through Sunday. Autographs may be requested and given at the contestants’ convenience at the Practice Range and Putting Green during Practice Rounds only. Please consult the Mobile Device Policy for guidelines regarding mobile device photo, audio, and video capturing while on-course.

JUNIOR
ADMISSION
POLICY

As part of the Championship’s mission to grow interest and participation in the game of golf, the Championship is excited to offer up to four (4) complimentary junior admissions with every paid adult ticket. Junior admissions apply to youth age 17 and under, and may be obtained at the Admissions Offices located at the Main Spectator Entrances on the day of entry. Please note, Junior tickets do not grant access into private hospitality venues.

MILITARY
ADMISSION
POLICY

To honor the men and women who serve our country in the Armed Forces, the Championship is pleased to offer Active Duty, Retired, Reserve, National Guard, Veterans, and their accompanying guest (limit one) complimentary daily grounds access to the Championship. Upon arrival, military personnel must go to the Admissions Offices at the Main Spectator Entrances to present their Military ID to exchange for daily grounds tickets. Please note, these tickets cannot be upgraded to alternative venues, but are eligible for the Junior Admission policy.

MOBILE DEVICE POLICY

Mobile devices must be kept in Golf Mode Setting at all times at the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship:
- Set device to silent or vibrate, including but not limited to, ringer and notifications/alerts.
- Camera flash turned off.
- Incoming and outgoing calls may only be made or received farther than 100 yards of competition.
- Text, email, social posting and other data use is allowed on the golf course at any location providing players are not in position and about to play their shots.
- Mobile device photography, as well as audio and video capturing, is allowed in all areas during Practice Rounds (Tuesday & Wednesday).
- During Championship Rounds (Thursday-Sunday), excessive and intrusive photography, audio and video recording is prohibited anywhere within 100 yards of competition or when requested by players, caddies, marshals, volunteers, security or Championship staff and officials.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY FOR SPECTATORS

Please observe the Leader Boards and Thru Boards for the Weather Warning Sign which will appear when inclement weather is approaching the site. When the signs appear, spectators are advised to take precautions and seek shelter PRIOR to play being suspended. If the sirens sound, seek shelter immediately.

CONDUCT,
CUSTOMS AND ETIQUETTE

Please be advised of the following standards of conduct and etiquette.
- Everyone is requested to display traditional customs of etiquette, decorum and behavior, and to obey all Championship policies, signs and verbal instructions of Championship Officials. Protests of any type are forbidden.
- For the safety of everyone and in keeping with policy established at major sporting events, running is considered to be unacceptable behavior.
- Although cheering and positive gallery responses to great play are encouraged, unsolicited and consistent calls from the gallery are prohibited.
- Please stay behind the gallery ropes and cooperate with the marshals.
- Please kneel or sit if you are in the front row and remain still throughout each shot.

PRACTICE ROUNDS

During the Practice Rounds, contestants are invited to play at their discretion. No advance starting times are available for the Practice Rounds. The Pairings Board will be located near the Information Tent at the South Entrance and is continually updated as players begin their rounds from either the 1st or 10th tee.

On Wednesday, June 19, All players starting on Hole #1 or Hole #10. The 1st tee will close at 3:00 p.m. Playing times: 7:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m.

CHAMPIONSHIP ROUNDS

Starting times as listed are considered approximate, and are based on the assumption that there are no delays, inclement weather, etc.

THURSDAY & FRIDAY, JUNE 20 & 21 (FIRST AND SECOND ROUND):
Starting on both Hole #1 and Hole #10 (groups of 3).
Morning starting times: 7:40-9:52 a.m.
Afternoon starting times: 1:05-3:17 p.m.
Completion of rounds: Approx. 8:30 p.m.

SATURDAY, JUNE 22 (THIRD ROUND):
All players starting on Hole #1 (groups of 2)
Starting times: 6:57 a.m.- 12:39 p.m.
Completion of rounds: Approx. 5:00 p.m.

SUNDAY, JUNE 23 (FINAL ROUND)
Starting times: 6:57 a.m.- 12:39 p.m.
